Lecture Summary

This is a lecture given in COSC 560 (Advanced Software Systems) where we discuss and introduce the concepts of threading via the pThread library offered on UNIX systems.

Because pThreads are a topic covered in earlier courses (such as COSC 360), there will be no details on this lecture posted here. The slides are archived. However, they will not be published. The professor supplies the previous year's slides to the ones doing the same lecture in future semesters.
